Firmware Version 1.1.0 incorporates the following fixes and enhancements:
- Fixes the left/right behavior of the cross keys when flipping the monitor
- A function that enables simple video editing during video playback has been added.
- Adds Twitch as a livestreaming service available to the camera user*
- Adds support for the Software Development Assistance Kit (EDSDK/CCAPI)

Firmware Version 1.1.0 is for cameras with firmware up to Version 1.0.1 If the camera's firmware is already Version 1.1.0, it is not necessary to update the firmware.
